3. Use of AI & Automation Services

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies; human verification is required before acting on results.
• iFlowChain uses third-party AI APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek) under their own terms.
• Clients must have legal rights to process data provided to any AI system.
• AI services must not be used for illegal, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating agent outputs in production.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are defined in service agreements. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Third-party costs (AI API usage, cloud infrastructure) are the customer's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All pre-existing tools and frameworks — including OpenClaw and Hermes — remain iFlowChain's property. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license for internal use. Custom agents may be transferred upon written agreement.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties must protect confidential information. iFlowChain applies technical and organizational safeguards. Clients are responsible for the lawful basis of data submitted to AI workflows.

7. Limitation of Liability

iFlowChain is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
